This disrupts the reading experience and makes the interface feel unstable and visually inconsistent.

While browsing the timeline, the top and bottom navigation bars — which are normally expected to stay hidden during scrolling to maximize screen space for content — either remain visible or randomly reappear while scrolling. This disrupts the reading experience and makes the interface feel unstable and visually inconsistent.

I saw this too. It seems to have gone away (at least in ios) in 1.6.0.

Never mind. I watched your video. I do still experience what you do. I got a video that is even worse… :)
