Loss of reading position #142

When I open the app and all startup processes are complete, a blue indicator appears to signal new messages.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

Open the Holos app.
Wait for all startup processes to finish.
Notice the blue indicator for new messages at the top.
Click the blue button to load the new messages into the timeline.
Read two or three messages.
Go to Settings → Timeline → Increase icon size to Medium.
Return to the timeline.

Observed result:
The reading position is lost, and the timeline automatically jumps to the most recent message. You then have to scroll back to find your previous position.
