I would like to suggest an improvement to streamline list management when subscribing to new profiles.

Currently, when I subscribe to a new profile, I usually assign it immediately to a specific list. From the profile menu (the three-dot menu), the "Manage Lists" option allows adding or removing the profile from existing lists.

However, if I need to create a new temporary or thematic list, the process is rather cumbersome:

Exit the profile.
Go to the Lists menu.
Click +.
Enter the new list name.
Return to the profile.
Open the three-dot menu.
Select Manage Lists.
Assign the profile to the new list.

Would it be possible to add a "Create New List" button directly within the Manage Lists window? This would allow users to create a list on the spot and immediately assign the profile to it, without leaving the current screen.

This small enhancement would make profile organization much faster and more seamless, especially for users who frequently manage their subscriptions.
