In the Holos interface, the notification bell often shows 2 notifications, but when clicking the bell, only older notifications are visible. New notifications are not displayed correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Holos and log in to your account.
Observe the bell icon at the bottom of the screen.
If a “2” badge appears, click the bell to view notifications.
Notice that only older notifications are displayed, even though the badge indicates new notifications.

Expected Behavior:
The notification badge should reflect the actual number of unread new notifications.

Observed Behavior:
All older notifications are displayed, instead of only the new ones.

Impact:
This can cause confusion for users and reduce confidence in the notification system.
