I like to suggest an improvement for the Holos application regarding notification visibility.

Currently, when staying for an extended period within a list without returning to the home screen, notifications are no longer easily visible. This may lead to missing important updates or information.

I therefore propose adding an option that allows the bottom navigation bar to remain fixed and always visible, even while scrolling or navigating through lists.

This would:

Improve quick access to notifications,
Make navigation between sections easier,
Reduce the risk of missing important alerts.
