I noticed that when offline, lists containing profiles still display publications, while lists made up only of hashtags do not return any publications.

I would also like to suggest two improvements:

automatically sync list publications over Wi‑Fi only;

allow manual synchronization of all lists at once.

These options would improve the offline experience and give users more control over synchronization.
