Description

Added both a .png (19 kB) and animated .gif (46 kB) via Holos app settings > custom emoji and assigned short codes. The emoji appear as static images in the Holos "Custom Emojis" screen.

I posted these custom emoji by invoking their short codes in a message via Holos app. After a short delay the custom emoji appear in public messages (replacing the short codes) as static image custom emoji as viewed on the Holos.social local timeline.

At some later point the custom emoji are no longer present under 'Settings > Custom Emoji'. I'm unclear what causes the custom emoji to disappear from my account.

I have added the custom emoji back twice to reproduce this app behavior and the emoji have, after an indeterminate time or trigger, no longer appeared under 'Settings > Custom Emoji".

Steps to Reproduce

Add custom emoji to an account
Wait an indeterminate amount of time (likely hours or days) or event trigger causing the removal of custom emoji
The custom emoji no longer appear in the Holos app > Settings > Custom Emoji

Expected Behavior

Custom emoji will persist when added to an account.

Actual Behavior

Custom emoji no longer appear after an indeterminate time or event under Settings > Custom Emoji in the Holos app
