Description

Posts show 0 votes although people already voted.

Steps to Reproduce

Start holos
Wait for holos to fetch activities from relay
Look at home timeline and notice polls showing 0 votes and 0% per choice.
Open post in thread view -> holos fetches replies, still no votes
Pull down to refresh -> still no votes
Go back to home timeline -> still no votes
Switch to notifications and/messages and back to home timeline -> still no votes
Pull down to refresh -> votes and results are shown

Expected Behavior

Votes are loaded and shown as soon as the poll is shown.
Votes are occasionally updated automatically or make it obvious that the user has to request an update.
Poll result updates are fetched when pulled down in thread view of the post for updates.

Actual Behavior

Manual action required to show poll results.
